Applied Nutrition Programs

Earn a Master's degree in 1-2 years, with a combination of online coursework and in-person experiential learning. The Professional Science Master's in Applied Nutrition offers a choice between two tracks: Dietetics and Nutrition & Wellness. Graduates of the Dietetics Emphasis program are eligible to sit the national exam required to earn the RDN credential.

Individualized Supervised Practice Pathway (ISPP)

Earn your Verification Statement in 10-15 months, in Tucson or at a distance, with the Individualized Supervised Practice Pathway (ISPP). The ISPP includes rotations in clinical nutrition, community nutrition, food service, and others. Upon successful completion, graduates are eligible to sit for the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Examination for Dietitians.

Nutritional Sciences Graduate Program (NGSP)

Earn your MS or PhD in Nutritional Sciences with the Nutritional Sciences Graduate Program, a research-focused graduate program that advances the discovery and translation of nutrition science and health. Signature research areas include bioactive compounds, nutrients, and lifestyles and their relationships to cancer; and metabolic and behavioral factors influencing body composition and obesity.
